CONFIRMATION EMAIL - PREPRODUCTION PLANNING

After numerous emails between the Southern Rail Press Office representitive and I and emails between our teachers and the principle and various other people, in search of the colleges PLI which the representitive requested, finially here is the email from Southern Rail confirming that we have permision to film on the train.

After we had been premitted to film between haywards heath and Three Bridges it was brought to our attention that the planned journey would be too short as it is only around 10 minutes which meant we would have to be constantly getting on and off of the trains. Which was obviously an issue for time and continuity. So luckily after calling Chris Hudson and leaving a voice message the day before filming and explaining the situation he granted us permission to extend our journey to London Bridge.
